Mental Fuel Tank
So here is a concept I heard about a while ago that I'd like to get some perspective on. There are some that claim that your mind has a daily fuel tank. Basically that daily stressors and events drain our tank and if we don't do something to reset that tank, our mind can become over encumbered. Now on one hand, I want to be able to debunk that ideology. I do not want to accept that there is some sort of limitation that my mind has. After all, it has been seen and proven that the mind is capable of so much more than we even realize. But on another hand, it has also been proven that personnel in learning environments learn best in 1 hour increments, then their attention span is diminished. I think that it is potentially a concept that can be put to use to ensure we are constantly acting with maximum mental efficiency if we identify something that acts as a reset button for our minds.
